since graduation is at SF State (great school btw, right Ray?)
anywhere along the peninsula will be on ur way back to SJ

grand palace in SSF on grand ave.

asian pearl in millbrae on el camino (near san bruno border)

hk flower lounge in millbrae on millbrae ave (just got taken over by the people from Mayflower on Geary)

fook yuen in millbrae on el camino

joy luck place in san mateo on 3rd ave or 4th ave

the kitchen in millbrae and koi palace in dc was already mentioned.

^all these restaurants can easily handle large parties.

yank sing is good if you willing to pay. anywhere in c-town is kinda gross to me. not to mention parking isn't exactly easy.

You can forget Yank Sing, they only serve Banquet/Party (minimum 10 tables)during night time. Trust me, I had my wedding there, and their price is outrages.

I would like to suggest you "The Kitchen" in Millbrae over Koi Palace in Daly City; however, there is one thing you should be aware of about "The kitchen". Their waiter/waitress services are very unstable. They sometimes provide you very good service, but sometimes they won't even come by to refill your tea pot. (I think it's all about if they win on that day's football/basketball/baseball bet....ahahahaha)

Anyhow, good luck on ur chinese restaurant search.

Ben

These guys have hit it spot on! To the first guy, it's pretty cool you remember all those restaurants names, I just go to them, eat and leave lol. But those are definitely on the A list.

from SF state, should only be 10-15 minutes of driving

you basically go on 280, 380 to 101, then go on 101 and get off on the milbrae ave exit. i think it's the first one. ALL the restaurants are lined up right there

R & G Lounge in SF FTW!!!

It's on Kearny, cross street Clay, right by the Portsmouth parking garage.
