Whats the difference between the replica and the oem? Different materials I'm guessing?

^ You got it. The replica is made of poly-propylene and is more flexible.

No the shipping depends on your location. Our website has a built in calculator so you can add the lip to your cart and enter your zip for an estimated total. Shipping from NorCal to SoCal should not be too pricey.
