no appointment necessary for the place in flushing, you just drive up to the gate and someone will open it, you park your car inside the garage and they wash it for a good 15-20min, well thats how long they usualy wash mine. $15 for outside only, $20 including interior vaccum and clean. The place is called Tintmax a.k.a. Highline Detail.

All the workers stand on the inside of the car wash and rub down your car with with hand mittens in two different sections in the beginning, as if you were cleaning your car yourself. There are NO machines inside at all, there is the triple foam and wax (that drips down onto your car as if a personal detailer put a full coat on), then some nice Simoniz for the Shine at the end. Then it gets washed all off by the water dripping down at the end.
I like it. Thats my personal opinion. Also if you were ever to have a problem with anything on you car or in your car or how they went out about it they would reclean it on the spot WITHOUT A DOUBT. Majority of the people in Huntington Bay that go there are pretty wealthy. So they like to keep their clients happy. |

10dollar basic outside car wash all the way up to a full detail (not sure but probably pretty expensive, they have a full detail shop on site with the car wash place)
If you want the full deal like i get usually with the triplefoam/wax/simoniz, inside vaccum and wheel shine...etc etc, its usually around 20 bucks. |

went to Tintmax aka Highline Detail today and aside from the 20 minute wait, they did a pretty amazing job. No appointment was necessary...they did a very detail job with the cleaning which included blowing out the water from the side mirrors, lights, etc. I just waxed it myself the other day using Turtle's Ice Wax so i didn't get the polish done at Highline but the car came out extremely nice without swirls. Paid $20 for exterior/interior clean. i believe its $15 for exterior only and $30 for exterior/interior/wax.
