I don't doubt that people believe her, though I'm sure that some people buy her book just to get an understanding of her views.

I just find her small minded and willing to set back the progress of society. She would prefer if women could't vote, for example (so they wouldn't vote for Democrats, she claims).

I'm not a bleeding-heart liberal, either... more of a libertarian. What's wrong in letting all people have equal rights and the right to have their own beliefs?
