Best service dept on long island, ny?

I was in the area on sat. so I figured I would stop in. Fortunatly my Salesman was in and he gave me the full behind the scenes tour, including the incredible garage.

60 Bays Thats right 60
80 Loaner Cars
93,000 Square feet
32 Million Dollar Building
Internet Cafe free for customers
Restaurant
Play center for kids
Waiting area with nice comfy couches and a big ass 60+inch LCD flat panel on the wall
Free car washes 10am-3pm for rallye customers.
While you are waiting for your car to be cleaned and your hanging out on the show room floor sitting in 1 of the 2 M6's or sitting in the lounge area..They give you one of those pager things (similar to like what the give at applebees or olive garden when there is a long wait).

absolutly incredible facility and I have always enjoyed dealing with rallye. While this is the first BMW I have bought from them I have bought (at there other facilities)
My last car 2004 Acura RSX-S
Wifes old Lexus Is
Fathers E55
Moms ML
etc etc....Some of the sales people are dickish...but I have noticed a huge improvement over the years.

Rallye Bmw really improved. They are really willing to help you and they are ready to do anything you ask. The best part is this new building, its everything you need to make your wait or your service spectacular and as a plus they are offering free car wash from 10-3pm to all rallye customers. Their service dept improved by 100%.It is an amazing experience to go to rallye now. They are more then willing to offer loaners to any car that stays there. Speak to Chris or Rob, they will definatly take good care of you.

I ordered my 335i sedan there at Westbury. Nice place. It depends who wants your business when you ask for quotes over the internet. I didn't pay MSRP. The waiting is such a killer.........

I ordered my e92 335 back in mid august before they even hit the showroom floor and I think considering the car had not even hit the dealer and they knew it was going to be hot...I think they did ok by me...I mean I did not get a great deal..but they took $1500 off the msrp..which at the time I thought was ok..More than I had expected. I had already priced two other dealers and rallye gave me 1500 off with no prob..I probably could have done better..but 1500 is what i asked for...I was soo excited about getting the car I really did nto care about price.

I will def go back to rallye for another car.
and I can't wait till my next service.

Rallye of Westbury's service department treated me great even with the mods i did to my car. Covered everything under warranty.

sorry to bump this old thread up....why don't they (Rallye BMW) give loaners if we didn;t bought a car frm them? This is pathetic...I wouldn't even get my next one frm them if they are giving this kind of treatment..I moved frm another place and try to find something nearby....Anyone get a loaner frm them but didn't get a car frm them? My previous Acura was bought in NY and when I was down in Miami for my service, they even gave me a loaner....what is wrong with BMW?

I don't think that Life Quality will treat me good with the mods I did to my car.
But I didn't mod my car a lot
Maybe they won't even notice it.
