Hey E82tt6,

Any update on this... have you got the US tune from ESS yet?

There is an hardware solution posted by shiv on this forum to put a resistor partitioner on the secondary o2 sensor. DME will pas the cat emission test and restore normal operating conditions

I believe this.
I've been in situations where less boost meant more hp.

It would be nice to see the AtoFs.
If they were the same or close to the same then I wouldn't believe it, but if the AtoFs on the lower boost map were vastly different then I have no problem with believing this to be true.

Good job to ESS!

The boost issue has been resolved. MSD81 makes the boost advertised (see AR's recent thread on their MSD81 335xi) and works perfectly.

US catless is still in testing (but yes, sims will work fine to clear the light temporarily). The US versions are much more complicated than Euro.

I can confirm one of our clients has a perfectly running ESS/ar tuned MSD81 335XI, and it makes a TON of power. That poor Cobra owner thought we must have had a bottle in the car, he refused to believe we had JUST a TUNE!!

You believe what? it was proven earlier that the dyno's boost gauge was broken, it was 10.5psi, not 5.5psi, which sounds about right for the HP numbers
