Hartge Replica Lip Part2

fellas I've had a change of heart, and am taking my car in a new direction; I hope it will make me happier this route I take. I've explained my situation to Ryan, and trust he will understand. I'm getting a different bodykit, and this has nothing to do with the excellent product that is up for a group buy here today. In fact, Hunter, a friend of mine, has seen this product in person and has personally vouched its superiority to me. This product is probably superior in quality to the kit I am buying, but I think the style of that kit meshes with my personal taste a tad better.

FOR THOSE THAT HAVE EVER TRULY WANTED A HARTGE LIP, JUMP ON THIS.

I had spoken with Ryan, prior to this GB, and am extremely doubtful he will do this again, he was generous enough to do this now, believe me, it wont' come again. We are a few short, but I will continue to advocate this product because I believe it is a quality item.

guys, jump on this GB now. You will regret if you let this great price slip away again. I have this lip from DTM, and also saw the authentic Hartge lip. after compared the rep and authentic, i still have no regret that I got the DTM version.

Quick question...does the add on lower the clearance at all? It's hard to tell from pics, but it looks like it's lowers the clearance just a bit. Any actual measurements? I have a steep driveway, and didn't even think about scraping it coming in and out of the garage??

I would do it, but $299 for the lip + $100 for shipping and then I have to paint it for another $125.

For real! I remember picking up an OEM Honda Lip - color matched and all - for my '98 Civic for under $300...modding an E90 is crazy expensive compared to a Civic! That's what I get for choosing it, I guess.

Can I return mine and get this one for $90 difference? Why was I always out of group buy?
First, I wanted CF rep spoiler in fiberglass. No one had it. After I bought the OEM, LongTran held a gb for it...
Second, Hartge replica lip. When I wanted it, no gb. After got it from ebay and painted, Long held a gb for $300. The rep lip on ebay sucked big time, not fit my car and I messed it up, and Long's gb ended. I was screwed and bought one for $390 from DTM. Now, there's another gb....god damn...

Would it be inappropriate for me to ask what everyone is paying for painting? I assume since it's a GB, everyone should pay the same amount for painting, shipping, installation (if applicable)?

The quote I received seems a bit high, so I'm a little hesitant on the GB now...let me know what others think so we can get the ball rolling. I'd hate to just be taking up a slot..sorry for the inconvenience guys.
