tried this today and it worked said 2 bulbs out, both working but fiddled with one and the error ceased, the other one persisting but is led with resistor so is probably that, anyway thanks for the advice, very helpful.

Just for interest what were the codes shown. Also to note E93's do not have replacement bulbs, is this the same as modified E92 holders ?

I fixed this with a wiggle!

To explain, unclipped the bulb holder, had a look, all looked ok, wiggled bulb and magic, bulb working again and error on dash gone.

It's taking the mick!

Anyway, on the bright side, problem solved. For now.

Stu.

sorry for taking so long, error codes were 345 right rear brake light and 125 right rear indicator signal. this one is still coming up so am going to try another resistor on the led bulb.

I had the warning light - code 134 Rear right brake light, on my dash as well after installing a set of used Blacklines on my 07 E90. I went through every bulb, finally back over again and re-inserted one of the LED brake light holders on the right and the warning light went out. I guess it was not making good enought contact. I spent about 2 hours pulling everything apart and testing. Thanks for the info guys.
