Found it: Belcarra Regional Park, north of Port Moody, the actual route around 2000ms

Looks very nice in video. Don't know about traffics though.

Can reach via Barnet highway

i used to go to those roads in Port Moody all the time for a nice drive, there is actually a stretch of road just off those roads that are just like initial D, u can do uphill or downhill battle if u want, ahah!
