In all honesty I think there is a little more time out of me. As the car sits now, I think a really good lap from me and with fresh tires (PSC's or possibly a good street tire) it will dip into the :39's no problem.

I did those 1:41's at the end of the day when the engine was down a little on boost (it was getting warm outside) and the tires had been heat cycled several times. And I know Harold has one or two small changes planned that will help as well.

A6 is the autocross tire...heats up quicker...the R6 is the road race tire...I dont think I would use the A6 on the road course unless it was really cold..or if you were doing a time trial. I could be wrong though...I dont follow Hoosiers too much ...since they are too expensive and dont last long. I need something that lasts a while.

I gotta hand it to you with 1:41s there...I know Harold keeps improving his car...but the best I could muster as far as I could tell was a 1:47 in my car. I only had 235s on all four corners...Pilot Sport Cups..or R888s...no camber up front...and just PSS9 coilovers. I was running the Dinan chip but then got too many limp modes/CELs..so I removed it. Oh..and a catback..but no downpipe. I also had stock intercoolers and oil cooler..and intake.

I dont even want to think of the cost of all the mods that Harold has gone through. I wish I could put 265 R6s on my car..with some real front camber.

Several guys I know have been using the A... but now that I think about it, they are in Miatas/S2000s/Elises which weigh half of your car.

If you look closely, you can just barely make out the speedometer and tach in the video......
