Possible lack of veracity in car deal?

As a fellow Client Advisor I "personally" don't agree with how he handled the situation. I average 5-10 Euro Deliveries per year and always offer a discount off ED MSRP but will usually cut ties if I am offered anything below $750 over ED invoice. He should have just left it at what the dealership was willing to do to try and "earn" his business and leave it at that. Even though the breakdown he gives is accurate it comes across very curt and cold. Even if his store doesn't "earn" the sale he probably just cost them in the long run for service/warranty work down the road...

I have had a couple Euro Delivery cars and I have never had to get a lesson on how a BMW center operates. They should have just laid out the best deal they could offer you the first time and gave you the choice if you wanted it or not. Look elsewhere, there are lot fo great sales advisors out there.
