Dzenno,

Thanks for the support, glad you are enjoying your exhaust.

Unfortunately, at this time there is no tip option only available. I can see if we can fabricate a replacement tip kit that our existing customers can purchase and retrofit - but this may not be available for quite some time.

The new hand rolled tips are a bit more expensive than the old ones, costing in the range of $80/ea. This bumped up costs and is why our exhaust is now held to a strict retail price of $1795.

I'll keep you guys in the loop for tip retrofit kits - for reference, how many of you would be interested in something like this?

Regards,

Ryne O'Donnell

WTF?
Vasil,

I apologize about this sincerely, but a company cannot be held responsible for disclosing changes to the product line with a pending sale. Just as Apple (and many, many other companies) do when they release a new product, changes are made, the old product ships one day and the new one the next.

There naturally has to be a single day where this happen changes, you just happened to be on the other side of that change.

Your tip design is beautiful and elegant, I wouldn't down play it what-so-ever. We changed the tip design to mimic our M3 and GT3 systems, so that is the reason for the change. We believe it is a bit more aggressive and a signature style, but other than that - functionality is the same.

Like I said above - I am going to try and work on a retrofit kit for some of you guys - and will keep you posted on that.

Hopefully that clears things up. IcyHot85, if you have any questions, feel free to give me a ring, I will gladly sort them out - but this change is anything but "dick" so please keep your comments to yourself.

Regards,

Ryne O'Donnell

Gentlemen,

We sincerely appreciate your support - we have now sold through 10 of these new systems in the last few days.

Some of you who question the tip change or selling of product with old design right before the new design came out - please see above explanation. I think it clearly sums up our point of view (and most businesses reasonable point of view) of handling the situation.

Tip solution recommendation is noted and we will go to the drawing board with some work to do to see if we can make this a reality for all of your.

Thanks again!

Regards,

Ryne O'Donnell

Thanks for all the compliments guys!

You should not experience any drone with this exhaust with AR Design downpipes. We have had awesome success mating our systems to theirs and highly recommend their pipes. Power gains and exhaust tone is amazing with that setup.

Our web-store is now online and ready to go. Feel free to order there if you wish!

This is usually what differs a good company from a GREAT one;
Microsoft give Free updates for users buying Office 2007 to 2010 for 3 months of when they bought it. Not to say Microsoft is the best company but this idea is a good one and many companies do follow it. A customer who has been waiting for a product you are making and is in close contact with you can EASILY let know the changes will be available and maybe offer them an upgrade, hell he did wait so long for your product anyways. But then again thats the diffrence between a good company and a great one, You choose which one you will become. cheers
