Insurance is actually not that bad, mine only went up a little going from the 328i to the M3 sedan.

For a second there, I thought there was an "AMG Black" on the list, but it's not, so it's a tough choice.

I'd say M3 in jet black if you aren't anal about the car looking dirty. Otherwise, SSII.

Haha yeah I have thought about the gas but not insurance. I pay $450 every six months right now for the 335xi coupe so I don't think the M3 will go up that much. I pretty much pay my insurance agents mortgage with all the bills he sends me! Gas, have actually thought about that. My practice is expanding and will probably be driving a lot more so, yes, it is crossing my mind.

Wonder how the C63 would be in winter? Probably the part that is scaring me the most with that car. It has so much low end torque, might be a bitch come snow time

It is a sweet ass car though. Really starting to like it. Not sure yet. I did get my $1000 off coupon from BMW today which really makes me smile

Jay in all seriousness I know the AMG is a really nice ride but I think it's just overkill compared to what the M3 also does. You're not gonna get as good of lease rates on them and optioned up its gonna be like $5-6k more than the M3 would be.

Just get the damn M3 if you want it. You gotta shit or get off the pot eventually.

I just re-watched that Top Gear comparo with the C63 , M3, and RS4. Having been a guy who owned a C6 vette and knowing what that kind of torque and power is like (mind you just at 400hp), I can't even imagine having the C63 and just how awesomefuckingridiculous that would be to gun that thing on the highway. Seriously, if I was gonna track, I'd go M3, if its not gonna see a track, C63 would be my top choice. So, whats the plan jbone?

You read my mind! Actually just drove out to MW on my way home from work and saw the jerez in person. It is pretty cool. Looks like black until you get up close. I am thinking that might be the color if I go M3. The car there has a few options I don't think are necessary and comes with a $74,425 price tag. I actually like the 19's on that color which is good because I am not sure what rims I would want. Was thinking maybe the comp package which lowers the car 0.4" and has some different wheels. C63, I am sure is amazing car. For overall power, yes. But damn, BMW is BMW. Plus, if I went merc, I would not be able to post on this forum! Seth and C Los would hate me The M is not the best winter car I'm sure but the merc has to really be bad in the snow given that low end torque. I, of course, am still thinking about what to do
