Yes and yes! If you're running a 35 offset like me with the 9.5 inch rims out back you can stuff a 10mm spacer in no problem. When I switched my tires to a 275 I had to do a minor fender roll, still got the 10mm spacer n there. Its a noticable difference that adds to the stance for $100.

I believe so.

Your essentially making the mounting point of the strut higher, so that it sits within the wheel well more.

If its out of spec, an alignment should fix it
