Does the cop need any evidence to issue the ticket? I'm assuming the cop just bullshitted 98 mph because that was how fast he's going to catch with the german driver. If he had any electronic evidence, I would think the cop would just ticket him for it. This is usually what happens to me when the cop lets me go.

Unfortunately, it is real, and it is completely unacceptable. Only someone on the job can give that type of attitude, I've seen it a million times. The only reason a ticket wasn't issued was due to the hassle of writing foreigners. At least they laughed about it.

...And didn't the cop know German citizens are immune from following the speed limits on Us freeways because they are way better drivers than average Joe's on the road here?

Looks real to me. Could still be fake though cant be sure. I know he was 28 over and ok maybe you should take a telling off for doing 100, but "ass hurting for a month" was too far and his attitude stinks.

I'm 50/50 on real vs. fake. It LOOKS real but the stuff the cop says is so retarded that it sounds fake.
