Why do all the squarer cores sit so low once installed? I want the whole face covering the front bumper hole

Yup! Flat Black, Gloss Black, Brushed or RAW

The downpipes will give you a larger gain for sure. We have a set going your way so you will be able to check them out shortly!

Thanks,

Looks excellent. I have been looking for something like this for our N55 E90 project. I've been talking to my friend over at Spearco (Turbonetics) and theirs isn't finished yet.

Where did you purchase this from and who makes it?

Im new to forced induction so this may be a dumb question. Will someone notice a difference in hp with a intercooler on the dyno? I know this is more efficent than a stock cooler so I am just curious as to notciable hp on a dyno compared to constant charge temps and hp on a track.

Absolutely. Pressure losses across the stock intercooler are much greater than any aftermarket and the smaller core design suffers from heat soak much faster than any aftermarket intercooler. Heat soak losses on a dyno are still a risk no matter which intercooler you have fitted as few shops equip their dyno rooms with fans capable of moving a sufficient volume of air across the front of the car. You'll want to take breaks between dyno pulls if you notice charge temps quickly escalating. This shouldn't be an issue on the road.

How was the install

How was the install, 1 1/2 hours is not that long so I assume it was pretty simple. No cutting or surprises?

Looks good.
