How many miles have you put on them since install?

By any chance did you get them installed at GP Auto Group?

The front was 26" before, after the install it was 26 1/2". Yes they were installed at GP Auto Group. Going back there Thu to get front lowering perch install.

Interesting,,, I was just there Monday getting my car re-aligned after having them install springs and BMW Performance dampers a week earlier and I got to talking to the head mechanic about my suspension and the reasons why I chose it over some other options. During the course of the conversation he made mention of another customer that just had the Performance springs installed that was surprised/not happy that his car sat higher up front - so I put 2 and 2 together.

Anyway, for what it's worth, the tech's at GP know their stuff when it comes to installing suspension systems, so I am doubtful it is an issue with the install, but who knows. FWIW, they did a great job installing my Eibach Pro Kit springs and BMW Performance dampers.

Again, how many miles have you put on them since you installed them?

I'm not doubting there works. I go to them all the time, the springs probably just need to settle a bit. Only driven about 100 miles since the install.
How much did it lower your car with the Eibachs?

I didn't measure, but I am willing to bet it was at least 2" all around. I can barely get 1 finger between the back wheel and fender, but I can get a solid single finger between the front wheel and fender. There are some crappy pics of my car in the other thread below this one.

You may want to put another 150 mi or so on your springs before you spend the money to install those spring perches. The yellows are stiff springs. They may drop another .5" before they are done totally settling.

How was the alignment?

I will need to get one in a couple weeks.

They did a good job, recommended. Their machine has all of the current specs for BMW's including spec's for lowered BMW's. The head mechanic went over all of the spec's/tolerances in the computer to make sure it was what I wanted. I stood back in the shop and watched them dial-in the alignment.

What was interesting, after the mechanic got it dialed in, he had someone sit in my car while it was on the machine so that I could see how the extra weight of one person throws off the specs to some degree and how adding a passanger balances the driver's weight out.

The front was within specs. Only the rear was off after the install.
