what about Methanol Mode 1/0 if the usual map 4 progressive is used?
Injection Mode is now ON 1/ 0 OFF setting . Is that still the same where you input the switch value of flow?

oops... download it again. I forgot to change the labels to the right of the input box. Functionally it worked (ie, accepted 0-100%) but was labeled wrong. Thanks for the heads up

Ugh they can't come soon enough....my front turbo is smoking big time these days. Lets hope Rob's 3-4 week estimate is good this time.

Shiv, any updates on the fuel testing?

So, is the WG Rattle Fix active from the start now, as promised earlier?

Not with the baseline maps. But you can effectively do this by changing a value in one of the tables that you know have access to. I'll post more info in my 1st tutorial installment later this week.

Say what? You're kidding right? I think that defeats the purpose to custom/dyno tune your car as EVERY car is slightly different depending on where they are geographically and some other factors such as octane used, temp., etc......

So......if you want to do that, might as well just go with the OTS map and call it a day........

Because I can almost guarantee that using someone else's maps that they tuned for their car, isn't going to maximize YOUR mods for YOUR car....Just my .02

Sharing maps is very common in the LSx world (HP tuners / EFI live). Load up a map that's real close to what you're running, then small tweaks vs starting from scratch.

By the way, (1) <~~ mean On in autotune wise, am I right?

I'm digging the new map as well. Just to clarify, autotune still isn't functional, correct?

The Read Me is your friend. Depends on what model V5 you have, again, READ ME will tell you.

Shiv,

Can you give an estimate as to what gains people with different levels of modification can expect with good custom tuning.

Stage 3 (turbo upgrade) = + XX hp
FBO = + XX hp
ppl like me (moderate mods) = + XX hp
Just procede = ++ hp

I know it is not a science but any estimates would be nice.

Thanks

So what difference does the 7-11 maps have compared to the 6-14 maps?

I don't think this has been answered.......I would like to know so I know whether or not to even load up the 7-11 maps.

TIA

Performance wise.....none.

But you can now log some new variables such as fuel trims, which will be essential if you intend to use the new custom tuning software.
