Genos has the best cheese stake with the Whipped Cheese or something like that to do with cheese
and pats has the Sweet peppers. I prefer Pats becuase of the flavor of the sweet peppers I really suggest that you have both casue they are totally different

Depends how late youll be in the city. Pats and genos are open all night so they may be your only options. Steves and Chinks are what I prefer, but they close at 2 i think

If you're a wide-eyed tourist, you'll go to Geno's. If you want the true Philly experience, go to Pat's. If you want a better cheesesteak, go to Dalessandro's in Roxborough. That'll bring you pretty near the Helix headquarters--stop by and see if we're there.

not trying to be a hater but pats and geno's are the not that great. They are like the generic tourist spot. The best places imo are chinks in the tacony section and johns hot roast pork on syder right off columbus in south philly. But neither of those spots are open late. I prefer to go to jims on south st if i need a late night snack. And if you go to Tony Lukes get the chicken cutlet with broccoli rabbe.
