Just curious, it looks like your cars are offloaded in San Diego, not Port Hueneme? Or is there another stop after San Diego? Hmmm...

Yeah, according to the San Diego port site http://www.sdmis.org/schedule/ your ship is due in now on Wednesday at 15:30UTC which is 8:30am PDT Wednesday. It will probably come up on AISLive tomorrow afternoon. I will post a map of it when it shows up.

I called the dealership today and was informed the ship is expected to dock in Port Hueneme this Friday the 25th. And they said by June 1st my baby should be ready for pickup.

Sounds like a great way to start off the month to me!

I hate to tell your dealer this, but the official port schedule shows Lyra Leader docking on Saturday May 26. You know, I would think the dealership would use all available tools to give their customers the most accurate information. It's completely absurd that the owners (you and me) have more up to date information than them. I mean, come on, this is their JOB. It's just a part-time hobby for US!!!!

i refuse to believe that our cars will take a week to get out of oxnard (which is an hour, thirty from here), through the vpc, and into the dealership. i will not stand for it. i better have the car by next wednesday.

I dunno . . .Do any of you know if the VPC will check in vehicles on Sunday and/or Monday, which is a holiday for memorial day weekend? If the VPC is working on the weekend, then I figure we should get our cars Tuesday or Wednesday. My dealer is only 15 mins away from the Port of Hueneme, so I am hoping he'll have it early next week.

If the Lyra is docking at San Diego and Long Beach, does that mean cars are coming off at those stops? Cause' my dealer's in Alhambra, so it'd be waaay easier for my e92 to get off at Long Beach than Port Hueneme, where it's currently scheduled to go.

Anyone care to explain?

I was wondering about that too. Seems like a lot of stops, but I think the only BMW Vehicle Processing Center in California is in Port Hueneme. The other stops must be for other freight on the ship. That sucks for you guys since it just makes the trip take longer. I am pretty sure your cars are all going to PH...
