If the situation was reversed, that cop would have gotten a ticket for tailgating, improper lane change, speeding, and reckless driving. Yeah, it's cool that this cop cares about the slow-traffic-keep-right rule, but the double standard makes me sick.

Wished the trooper would actually pull him/her over and given the ticket. Otherwise, he/she would never learn. I don't think that person knew what happened (why the half pull-over).
