does this tire look brand new to you?

They don't look 100% new from the factory but doesn't look like there's thousands of miles on it, maybe a few hundred? Even so, I don't mind purchasing used tires just as long as the sidewalls aren't ripped from installing/uninstalling.

Check the DOT tire age as well as the inside of the tire (innerliner) for any type of repair or wear.
