No worries, bro.....I knew you weren't directing anger our way. I just wanted to note that this finish is supposedly different. (we have not actually seen it yet...but previous paino black finishes do not have the sparkle). And yes, I would think the sparkle would cost more, too.

We also share your frustration with BMW's pricing on this, and many other things. We've been selling the E46 ZHP perforated leather steering wheels with great success for the past year. MSRP used to be around 600.00 and we sold these for 400.00 shipped. Now BMW just released a new msrp of 1675.00...WTF!!!! Even when we discount this part almost 30% and include free ground shipping, how do we explain to customers that the 'new' price is 1185.00????

Believe me, if BMW does come out w/ high gloss trim for the E90's we'll be sure to run it on special!

We do not stock it... yet. Once ordered, it only takes us 2 - 3 business days to get most parts. If anything is on national backorder and not in the country, it generally takes 1.5 - 2 weeks to come from Germany.

I'm assuming installation is really easy, however getting to and removing the old parts may be tough. This will probably be better answered by someone who's swapped their trim already.......

As far as I know, BMW's carbon fiber has always been glossy. This trim is no exception.

We're not sure if these trim sets are offered as factory options. Ask your BMW sales associate for more details!

I haven't seen the M3 interior trim, as the car isn't officially here in the states yet(although I did see it at the D.C. autoshow and it is truly awesome). The carbon fiber interior trim that we sell on special for your cars has a glossy finish. We've actually sold a few of these kits and taken a look at them before they shipped out of here. I hope this helps!
