You all forget about the power to the wheels drivetrain hp loss AWD cars have.
I was dead even with an RS4 all the way to about 150 where we both got off the gas to make turn 1 after the straight away on the road course.

Great
Now I'm going to have to fend off all these Audi drivers when they come around sniffing the tail pipes of my debadged E92 328i, because they want to avenge this kill. I think everyone knows my views on street racing whether it's early in the morning, no one is around, yada yada yada..... The ones who participate are playing Russian Roulette with their lives and those of innocent victims. You may have escaped dire consequences for now, but the next time, you may not be so lucky. Come on, trick50...I met you over the weekend. You're a cool dude, you have nothing to prove to anybody. I would like to see you at future meets in one piece. Hope you see the light.

Obviously you don't have the capacity to communicate with words and require the use of pictures to convey your thoughts. I bet you are insulted by those Geico commercials too.

I can take an RS4 no problem with my PROcede but I will admit that stock I would lose doing a 0-110 run...

Stock 335 both got the jump (impossible) and kept even with an RS 4 (plausible)? I'm going to go ahead and agree with the comments that the RS 4 driver had the skills of a trained chimpanzee. Still a good race though.

More likely the RS4 bogged. With those silly Quattros, you have to launch hard or go home.

Power shifting, or flat shifting, is a shift with the throttle still applied. Basically, you never let off the gas, hit the clutch, slam the gear, and pop the clutch. The 6MT in the 335 is not flat shift happy. I could pretty much ignore letting off the throttle on my old '04 TL. That thing could synch every gear without too much problem on acceleration.

since this was from a dig, how did he not gain an advantage from the start? Must not be very experienced at launching AWD cars or maybe he just scewed up lol. I know a friend with an E36 M3 that lot to an EG civic hatchback cause he failed to launch correctly. that was hilarious

since RS4 is manual, there's a probability that he did somthing wrong, bad launch, 1 gear slow shift, etc...
but you should be proud to held right next to him, 335i FTW!
