Not legally anyway, it is because they don't have a liquor license, Fed Ex and UPS do, but they will only ship from authorized distributors to private consumers.

Funny Part was Saturday Delivery By a Small Latino Gentleman in a 325. I was like WTF No FedEx markings on the car, no uniform, it was like it had been personally delivered by a BMW Driving Sherpa... Very Odd.

Just some Dude in a car and I signed a piece of paper that had the directions to my house on it for proof of delivery...
