His asking price on the 328 is fair..... I suggest you jump on those imaginary deals where you can get a E92 500 over invoice from dealers lot.....

ACtually, the quote I got for private sale to be aroudn 38K was from a dealer friend. and the dealers are offering 36K+ consistentely upto 37K for the trade-in; Which I decided to do because of the trade in tax incentive where I will be egtting the tax off as well.
