Will this fit a pre-LCI car with Sport wheel?

I realize I would need to mod the PCB to work on but I came across another thread where he found out that the airbag connector is different at the column hub.

I have not seen this installed on Pre-LCI before, I'm not sure that it would work. The paddles also would require rewiring.

Were the paddles modified to work with the DCT? I'm familiar with the LCI-to-pre-LCI mod (remove a resister, jump a trace) but concerned if I have to muck with the PCB again, not knowing what has already been done to it.

The base part number for the steering wheel itself is the same for the pre-LCI as well as the LCI (32307839115), so I don't understand how the guy in London experienced an airbag connector mis-match; then again, he was going from a standard to Sport (not an M-Sport) steering wheel and his car is a Euro-spec version and I don't know if the Sport steering wheel he got was also Euro-spec or something else.

No, the paddles are stock OEM LCI unmodified. You're welcome to try the install and post your results! I'll offer a discount if you use amazon payments!
