The 3.6 L twin turbo M64/60 engine produced 408 PS (300 kW)."
i guess you're right? stupid porsche and their chassis numbers... lol but i guess BMW is similar with all the E chassis'. i must be thinking of the 996 style then?

Well its possible he could have gone faster past 160mph, but i can imagine how shaky the car would feel and esp in pitch black darnkess it would take some balls to keep going up to 180mph..

Just to keep you all posted.. I go out regularly at night drive about 50 miles on the autobahn looking for races.. Last night i came upon a 997 S, and a 997 TT. Travelling together.. The 997 S was no problem although they are quick.. the 997 TT wouldnt give me a real race, he was holding back for his freind to catch up.. We did however do some small pulls against each other from around 80-120 He started putting distance on me, but amazingly only about 1 or so carlenghts from those spurts.. not nearly as much as i would have thought that beast could dish out.. he had a baffled look on his face.

Its great, cause i know these drivers go home either thinking they have a slow car or that ive got some sort of secret under my hood.. they all look confused..

More stories to come.. Ill try getting vids too if possible

Cheers

No offense, but can you even imagine that he wasn't racing you, being just a little annoyed by watching you in his rear mirror while you were driving 5 inches behind him @150mph???
