Yes my is is a RHD.well my steptronice wiring is been wired to the D/S Mode
so evertime I pull down to steptronice the lights of D/S mode is come out .

it wont be any side effect with ot without the lever.
you can just release the foot brake and thats it...its hard to give some explanations..so sorry.but you can do it as well..

yeah as long the wiring guy can make it nicely it will turn just fine.

the cost are not that much for the E60 M5 .

will post more pics with my cars this coming few days.
