Im installing my DP on Saturday. I already have a baseline, stock and with the JB3 using an AWD Mustang Dyno. I will be using that dyno again once the DP is on. Hopefully within the next week or 2.

We want to get a baseline first on my friends 135i, we were suppose to do it today but my buddy didn't get out of work on time. After that we are going to install the hollowed mega stock pipe and see what it gets. That sucker is huge!

Interesting, the results are very similar to the JB Stage 1! Getting power out of N55s is tricky. A lot harder than N54s.

This indicates something is clearly not right, TQ numbers look even low for having both DP and procede. HP numbers are way off...

What you got to do is run the car on the dyno a few times to let the dme adjust the boost control accordingly.
The dynojet that you used does not load the car in a realistic way so the dme goes nuts because the boost goes up to fast or there's to much of it.
The dip you see is from the dme pulling boost out mid run because of the boost "over run".
Also , you should do the same thing for the procede run.

We put my jb3 stage one on my friends 135I and omg does that sucker pull. If he had traction he'd be hitting high 12s. He raan a 13.7@107mph(2.4 60')
We'll see if doing the big juan mod will help any tonight at the tracks

I hit a 13.17 with the jb3.

Do a 2nd gear pull from 2k up, that 75ftlbs drop you should feel significantly if there is something wrong. If you dont feel it, I would be 100% confident it is due to the dyno. It wouldnt have anything to do with air, heatsoak is possible, which would cause boost drop off. I HATE dyno jets, they are good to make big #s for bragging rights, thats it. I have seen time and time again issues with making/holding boost with turbo cars because of it not being loaded. Basically all you are is spinning a drum with no resistance. A loaded dyno would put resistance on the car simulating the same thing you would be on the street. More accurate for tuning, and more accurate dyno #s.

Are there any shops with a Mustang Dyno or Dynapack in your area? Something you may want to give a shot before you pull your hair out thinking there may be an issue.
Interesting, Juiced46 I also had the very same issue with dynojets making big numbers but reality it was just for bragging rights. I tuned my last Cobra on a mustang dyno and produced lower numbers but had a way better feel to the car.
If this is not the issue, do you think it could be a possibility that the DP itself is to big for the car hence having the drop in torque and hp right at boost. I'm thinking when the car is in full boost, its creating enough volume but is losing velocity to compensate for the larger diameter piping?

I would like to see how the Vishnu and 1carbon DP does .... hurrry!!!
