My knee still hurts. Iced it last night & ODed on mortin but it still hurts. Now Im really worried that I tore something. If I see no improvement by friday, Im going to the dr.

Lana from past knee injuries, a sprain will take at least a week to begin to heal. keep icing it. If you tore any tendons or ligaments you would know the moment it happened. You woudnt be able to walk on it. Hopefully its only a sprain and thats it.

On a lighter note.....even though the newbie has a faster car we still like you more and always will. Cause your one of a kind. its not often that a woman hands out so many withouth thinking twice LOL

I dunno wtf I did. The only real physical activity I did was lifting my rims and I def didnt struggle or hear anything pop. I did wear my new shoes but they werent abnormally high so Idk.

edit: i wasnt lifting my rims in my new shoes

You might of hyperextended it. And pulled the tendons and ligaments. But that will heal. if you turned your knee with your foot planted on the ground that may have caused it. I had that when i played football on artificial turf. took about a week to heal but the pain persisted for another week.

Lana...keep taking anti-inflamatories for a few days...2 weeks at the most...this should start to help. Wrap your knee in an Ace bandage to restrict un-necessary movement. Try and keep your weight off of it as much as possible.
