Its cause I put on so much weight. Yet another reason I really need to focus on losing it.

Lana when I was doing therapy on my knee these are the exercises that i did. Leg extenstion, abducter and the other excercise. One does the outer thighs the other does the inner thighs. But they also help strengthen the muscles and tendon in the knees. The Leg extension will build up your quad muscles and actually pull your knee cap (patella) up a little to eliviate any pressure.

Weight loss will help a lot too. for every 5 lbs you drop you are taking 20lbs of pressure off of the knee. When i was at 260 my knees hurt going up and down the stairs. Now im at 230 and my knees dont hurt.

Yeah I looked up those exercises as well. I know I just really need to focus. Being 100lbs uptil like a couple years ago- my body seems to be confused

Ive told you this before. Your 5'7. if you want to drop weight then get down to 135-140. No less than that. Your not 20 anymore. you have put on more muscle mass now that youve gotten older. that extra muscle mass will help you in working out and recovering more quickly from your workouts and will give you that extra strength as well. so on a positive note dont look as the weight gain as your enemy. Look at it as though it helped you gain more muscle mass in order to get toned as you work out.

Ever notice that all those models you post with the sick bodies arent 18-21. they are more like 25 and older.

lol its not that i cant lose weight... my friends dont help... going out to eat everyday, drinking, etc... i need a full transformation of lifestyle
