I am getting all aggressive again. I am afraid one day I will hit someone at work just because I get so pissed off here. I fucking hate stupid people, and here I am, in an office with such people around me, trying to get the job jone.
Me and some collegues from Finland we have a saying that "You should do everything yourself to ensure that it gets done correctly". I get that feeling every day nowadays. These freaking morans don't just understand what they need to do. I tell them that we need to go from point A to point B, and they can't figure out themselves what steps they need to take. Nor do they ask. A week later I ask for a status and they look at me with a blank stare in their face and say that "well we haven't done anything because we didn't know what to do, no one told us what to do". So I need to babysit these people and hold their hands every freaking day and make task lists with every single detail and micro manage, to make them do something I want. Am I a bad person? Is it just that I am so horribly bad in explaining things? Or do I just over estimate the intelligence of these people thinking that they would be able to figure things out themselves or actually understand it after explained to them once? Is this normal in US or just something local here in Penntucky or our company? Thanks. Had to get it out... |
