Because its not a Carrera GT its a Boxster with a GT replica kit. When I saw it I was like WTF that is not a GT. So when I got home I googled "fake Carrera gt" and confirmed my doubts

Yeah, I thought it looked a little off. Looks like the roof is raised or something, but I just thought it was a new model or something and didn't think anything of it. Good Eye!

saw a black 335i two nights ago around 3 in the morning pass by me pretty fast..i was going 105..how fast were you going? it was on the way from san diego to oc and whats up with bimmers flying passed me? probably the 5th one in 2 weeks.. shiiiet. haha

They were very blue and didn't look stock but looked nice. I wish I could have ridden in that HOV lane, the traffic was the worst!

must be a lot of us at csuf... i see e9x's all over the place, but ive only seen 2 other 335's besides mine (one jb e92, red interior, aero front bumper... other one is AW stock i think). though, i am modless =/

no plates yet, so i think i'm still okay. =P

did see a tiag 07 e92 with lip, skirts, bumper, diffuser, bright whites, diffuser, exhaust, and tint. thing was really done up. debaged, 328i. leaving lot E.

we should have a CSUF meetup on top floor of the new activities center parking structure
