I only use dumbells for incline, decline, and flat. And i use the pec deck. I also include dips sometimes. Since i had shoulder surgery I cant use the barbell because there is a lack of movement in my shoulder and it impinges it causing me a good amount of pain after my workout

Yeah something like that but with straight feet, knees just a little bent, not bending my knees more when doing the lifting. Just lower the bar down on my knee level and lift back up, mostly using the back of my legs and my lower back.
