if it was discharged at 3pm on 6-14 this means it takes up to 3 business days to get to the dealership which would mean it either got to the dealership already or will get there by tomorrow. So if he is lucky he can pick up either Friday or Sat if they do pickups on the weekends.

After it arrives at the dealership, it needs to be register which can take up to 2 days. Lets hope for Sat. If not, it would be Monday.
