No...it happen to me. So it really depends on the dealership and the person they send to DMV. Plus, NJ is different....

I use to live in NYC! And bought a few cars there! They have the license plates on hand already. There are no temp plates in NYC. All they have to do is call it in!

No really...Jerry didn't know where his car went...so it was our mission to find it. I track mine like a hawk cause I would want to know "where is my car".
