Tisher sells them at around 9 bucks.....last time i bought a oil filter it was 18 bucks at BMW of FREMONT (ripoff) but I was desperate cause I was planing a drive to socal....I don't know how much BMWSF sells them for.....I would change your oil if i had a tools....i get my oil change at Lexus cause my friend works there.....last time oil and filter and labor cost me about 80 dollars....

yah its like 6.5 qts...so you have a .5 qrt to add when ever you get low

the oil cost the most.... i used royal purple it was 6.70/qrt....so about 50 dollars for just the oil

lo pro jack and stand, just get the oila nd filter or i'll pick it up from bmw sf, costs around $55 for oil and filter there -7qts

i've done two oil changes for the 335i already and one for the r500

royal purple isn't certified with BMW but i know if they did it would pass...their oil is pretty good....

lol sure i'll do it, only takes like 40 mines. it takes me longer than jiffy lube cuz i gotta get the car on the stands (should be easy since ur car isn't lowered) and then make sure i DON'T spill oil everywhere in the engine bay taking out the filter and filling oil like the idiots at some dealerships and places.

if anyone else needs their oil changed we could set up a mini meet. wher eu can all dirnk cola while u watch me change ur guy's oil lol.

i'll do it for just $20+cost of oil, filter or you can supply your own and you can watch and learn so u can just do it urself. it's kinda fun haha. i'll be careful too cuz i'm hella anal about oil in my enginebays too.
