just called wagoner and my car hasn't been released to them yet. my dealer said it should be sent on 6/26...oxnard to glendale should happen in the same day if the truck actually leaves the same day that mine is loaded. with any luck i'll be on mullholland this weekend testing it out.

Wagoneers would not give me any info, said only the dealership could get that info, I think he was just blowing me off

Well, Wagoneer says "new rules" they will not give out that information any more, you need to call your salesperson. The guy even asked me if it was my car! I wonder if we had something to do with implemeting that new rule. LOL Anyway, if this is how patience repays, I am going back to my old self! Impatient, demanding and downright unhappy to deal with.



Kharma (still not sure about that spelling) is not working for me here! I will maybe give my CA a call later today, or (if I were to rely on that fickle Kharma) maybe he will call me with good news. I sure hope so!

haha, looks like we broke the system...now how do i pose as a dealer to see my customer's car is on its way? but luckily for me, the delivery time should only be a couple hours.. oxnard to torrance is only a couple hours drive.. so any day now..

Thanks tdm, I tried that spelling but it just didn't look right. Maybe that's why she isn't working for me, it seems when I called on Karma with the incorrect spelling, I mistakenly called on her mischievious evil twin Kharma. That explains it!

I've found I can rate the general excitement level of people in this thread by looking at the google search ranking of this page for "maersk welkin". It's been hovering around 4 lately but now it's the number 2 result.

Also, why wont the website say my car is at the prep center!?

LOL...cowbs. When I first read your post, for some reason I thought, "Why is he using google to search for Maersk Welkin and his car's location?" Maybe I should start googling my VIN to see its location too! LOL, then I realized it just a general question.

I can't believe it... an email from my CA saying they just unloaded my car at the dealership! It's beyond me how they got it there so quick (Concord BMW). He said that they are going to get the pre-inspection done and detail it. Too bad I can't pick it up until tomorrow since I have to work tonight! Hope everyone else gets their car as quick!

CA just called "Leslie, nothing is written in stone, but we are maybe looking at later today, could you make it if that happened?"
Me "YES, why yes I can!"
CA "Well it could be as late as Friday with a possibility of a Thursday or Wednesday delivery"
Me "Please not Thursday, I will be gone all day"
CA "Ok, well I find find out in about 2 hours."
Me "Thank you Frank, I look forward to hearing from you"

What I got from that call was that it is on a truck and that it'll be here sometime in the future.......and I can take THAT to the bank!

Either way, I am looking at a new BMW convertible by the end of the week!

We are at the same dealership and I am picking up my new M3 tomorrow

And my CA called again said that is not my car..........
But my car has be released to a truck, and may come today, if not it should come in tomorrow.

This afternoon it finally showed us in the Owner's Circle as "at prep center"

3:00 TODAY!!!! WOO HOO!!! Will try to post pics soon, but my daughter is on vaca for 2 more weeks and she is the only one here that knows how to do that.

congratz leslie and ATC... you would think that the closer you lived the the vpc the faster you'd get your car.. but you nor cal people must have an express train or something!

i haven't talked to my CA yet, but his original guestimate was friday for me.

I called a 1:00 PM and was informed that my car is loaded on the truck and should be in transport today.
