yes the vrs rear is about 1500 + paint

the hamman diffuser for the regular rear just requires a quick trim and a couple of screws. costs about 300

the vorsteiner? or the hammann? or the mtech?

mtech is a full bumper but will require another diffuser
the hamman is just a bolt on to your stock bumper (require a bit of trimming)
and the vorsteiner is an unpainted lower bumper cover with diffuser. it will require cutting and paint.

new mtech rear is 700 + ship. will require paint (around 300) and will require a diffuser to fit the quads (depends which one you get but the nicest one (3d studie) is about 1500 + shipping from europe.

so around 2500 for the rear. To me its a bit rediculous

sounds kind of rediculous to me too... any other alternatives do a more aggressive rear end?

They have made one like that for the OEM e90 as well now, but the diffuser seems kinda small.

Yeah, I had kind of toyed with the idea of that and quads, but not sure I want to do that and not the MTech

That rear is ugly BTW. Aero rear is the best looking IMO. M Tech is a very close second
