Classic version using a roux and grated parmesan. Seasoned with salt, black pepper and freshly grated nutmeg. Fun to make, fun to smell when baking and fun and delicious to eat. Accompanied by green salad with oil and balsamic glaze, and grapes for dessert.

COVID is running rampant I was exposed so I quarantined. Just got my PcR test back negative. Looks like the booster protected the wife and I. We were with my son watching movies and having dinner Friday night. He tested positive Sunday AM. Home all last week and Cooked this weekend
