what I'm planning to do in the near future is suspension, ddm hid kit, black kidneys, refurbish the interior, tuck bumpers or full plastic bumper swap then flat black paint along with shadowlines

Pretty good plan.

It's funny because the E30 guys always complains that no E30s show up to the Friday night meets, but maybe half of the people there have E30s in their garages.

Mine has a crappy maaco paintjob as well, but the good thing about it is that it's thorough. I want to strip the car eventually and either restore or just make it a dedicated track car with a crazy swap.

The turnout is still modest compared to the real summer meets, but we had a good number of E30s, E36s, E46s, E9Xs and an AMG.
