just came back from track friday night ...tried out my wedge 94 octane/ meth tune

ran a best of 11.92 @ 120 with 2.00 60ft....track was cold ...5 deg cel

just got back from track.


ran a best of 10.1 @134mph and a 10.2 @132mph
n54 full e85 PI and garrett single turbo.

video to come hot night too conditions not ideal and boost control not targeting correctly.

My 335 Diesel just trapped 145 in a standing 1/2 mile here in NC. The 360 video is from the F80 M3 Comp Package I ran toward the end of the day.

BTW - the tuner and owner of the F80 M3 work for Bimmer Performance Center.

Same group that tuned my 335d

A disappointing day. I could not for the life of me get the car to track at all. Lowered the tire pressure to 25psi and boost in 1st to 8psi. Still just spun and spun. Guess the track was slippery and the driver incompetent

Been running 8.0, 8.1, 8.3 in the 1/8 mile which is like a 12.5 1/4. not sure why im running bad times. Only on 18 psi rn and i launch in 2nd at 2k rpm with traction fully off. I trapped 93,94,95 mph though at the end. Anyone have tips because with this setup i should be cracking 11's atleast.

What do your 60 fts look like? Trap looks good, most likely a bad 60. You would probably benefit from a drag radial.

8.51 @ 92.0


60' 2.10
8.33 @90.3

would this time get me into mid 12s on a 1/4 mile ?

no traction off the line gotta get rid of these run-flats ASAP

Dragtimes.com android app has a 1/8 to 1/4 convert utility. It puts a 8.33 at 90.3 at 12.9689 at 113.59.

Another constant I have heard used is 1.542. That would put it at about 12.84. Other rule of thumb says for each .1 reduction in 60 foot you get .15 at the end.. (your example isnt quite that high) I think ,..

Time for an LSD friend - a 60 foot in the 1.8/1.9 range is not out of the question but it will take some work. One trick used to be taking off the sway bar end links but I dont think that is very easy to do on a e9*
