I've given up hope on finding any incomplete orders. Yeah, I thought I had it too. Refreshed right on the dot, went through the ticket selection screen w/in 10 seconds, but nothing

I am sorry, but for high $30's I'd get me a loaded Tiquan and throw a big turbo kit on that 2.0TFSI engine. Will smoke all kinds of X3s and Ford Edges ALL DAY LONG....

Did anyone say anything about any modding or even racing them?

Nope, but the math just did not add up in my head. And unlike the X3 the Tiquan actually works better offroad....

I'd imagine putting bigger turbos on the Tiquan's 2.0L would take away crucial low-end torque a heavier car needs.

Why I am even thinking into this, I don't know

yeah i dunno vasil... i call shenanigans on this one.

the 2.0T is nice but 1. the tiquan is fuckin TINY it almost defeats the point of having an SUV (or SAV). its not bad on the inside, just NO cargo room.

And you can BIG turbo it up but I don't think you can say you'd surpass power of a properly modded X3 35i. The N55 is still just getting parts. I bet you see a single turbo swap in less than 12 months and these engines start pushing into the 400+ hp/tq range like it's nothing (that AR design N54 single turbo conversion hit like 490hp or something like that). A 2.0 I4 vs a 3.0 I6 both turbo'd... I like my chances with the BMW.

I will give the VW some props though, front end looks good, very good on weight if i remember, it's only like 3500lbs and easily tunable. its back end just looks stubby, there is no room for anything behind the 2nd row seats and i'm just not a fan of the VW interior design/ergonomics personally but thats purely opinion based.

just checked... its curb weight is under 3500lbs so it would actually be ok, lighter than an A4.
