$48/yr...the referral only saves the existing member on future renewals, the cost is the same to you

If you want a power bump that isnt as expensive as a flash, go an sstt or jb+. The sstt can be bought used for 80 bucks, gives you 10-15% power bump, takes 3 mins in and out and never pushes the engine any harder than the IS.
