im working out in the gym today doing legs and biceps when this girl rachel says to me Aaron why dont you work on your six pack. im like wtf are you talking about i have a mini keg what do i need a six pack for LOL

Thats something I havent done in FOREVER... Legs ... I absolutely love doing it but its messed me up when I started cycling again in the spring time.

I should do less stuff with my legs at the gym. I have this "bad habit" of using as big weights as I just can move, and doing inner thighs with 140 Lbs is not really smart. Why would I want huge inner thighs?!

well if you that machine you want to use the outer thigh machine as well. it actually strengthens the knee and straightens it out properly

If you wanna tone your legs just do more cardio ... I dont really think women benefit much from doing heavy leg work...

The only machine that is great is the one that works your ass.... Women all need to be on that one

Yes I do the outer one as well (150 lbs), that actually makes more sense for me anyway, but I just like the inner thigh one more

I havent been to the gym in a while, the weather has been so nice out I just rather do cardio stuff outdoors... Ive been just doing simple stuff at home so my upper body doesnt get small...push ups, dips , curls and some shoulder flys and shit.


I really need to get to the gym for a good back workout
