I know. I just hate doing cardio and love lifting those weights Really have to force myself on the cross trainer or treadmill, or I'll just do cardio for 10-15 min. In my gym they have some cross trainers with TV's and I have managed to stay on those for 20 minutes a couple of times. But it is just SO BORING!

I should really reduce the weight lifting and add the cardio, would help me so much in the weight loss. But just can't get it done, I like the weight lifting too much... And I work out so hard, that usually after the weight lifting I am too tired to do more cardio. In the spring time I used to do cardio for 30-40 min after weights but this past month not a chance, toooo tired....

Don't do squats, my knees can't handle them. Or could but it is unpleasant. And the weight machine is something I don't like too much.

But on the other hand, I like my ass the way it is

I cant do much cardio at the gym either... I happen to like bike riding so I do it all the time. But at the gym I used to do like 30 mins on the treadmill... and then weight train.

Your really supposed to weight train first and then do your cardio work, but im just to tired after lifting to jump on a treadmill

I know, that is why I have been doing that, but lately been too tired. I hope my vacation will get my back on track, can get some sleep!
