i started working out with my friend in combination with a healthier diet and ive gained 12lbs in around a month and a half. im underweight so im still about 10-15lbs light

I like to eat a FAT ASS steak with BBQ sauce after working out.. and who says you have to eat healthy? .. Toss in some french fries /w ketchup!

the best way not to get sick of chicken and be somewhat healthy is use the vietmanese bo luc lac dip.

salt + pepper + lime.

dip your tuna/chicken/etc. in that. the salt isnt bad after your workout.

tuna with low/non/w/e-fat mayo isnt bad either.
