lol. when i was bulking id train myself to eat an entire box of pasta. started with one bowl and eventually got to the whole box. did that for 3 months and packed on a solid 15 lbs. combined with lifting 2 hours a day, protein supps, glutamine and creatine i was amazed at how strong i got.
