OK, called insurance. They do cover the root canal but not the crown. Root canal is 850 and called the dentist to learn that crown is 695. It's not like I can't afford it but is it worth it..? Should I get it done or just live without the tooth..?

And the root canal tomorrow is overlapping with my window tint appointment, need to re-schedule that too

its better to keep the tooth but if you really dont care then just have it extracted

When I was doing the show thing I had various offers for sponsors but who wants to run big ole' vinyl stickers reppin them and be told where you have to be with your car all the time?? Not me... ... sometimes free ain't free!!

no worries there. root canals are not painful at all and definitely should not cost $850!! the dentist is jerking you. I saw a dentist near me after I moved and they wanted $200 after my insurance covered most of it. Then I went back to the one I like back at newport and he charged me $80 copay for the entire procedure.

also...i dont know why u need a crown. get a second opinion. some dentist tell you to get it anyways but the dentist i saw at newport told me it depends on your bone structure and you may or may not need a crown.

is the tooth really bad. if is shaking even the slightest bit you might as well have it extracted and then get an implant.

normally- a root canal needs to be capped so theyre just doing it in one shot... its usully done later on

I don't know if it is shaking but it feels weird. When I close my teeth that tooth is the first one that touches the lower jaw so it feels like it is not in it's place properly.

I don't really know if I am feeling any better. Life sucks. Nothing goes well right now.

A few years back I got a sick leave for depression, one day I just couldn't go to work because I started crying when I was putting my shoes on ready to go to work, and couldn't stop it. Cried for like 2 hours straight without any visible reason. I slept for a whole week and started to feel better slowly after that. Before that I had felt really tired for weeks and was killing myself with work and doing my master thesis at the same time. Cried almost every day because I was so tired.

Starting to feel the same symptoms again and I don't wanna go there again.

Sorry for throwing all this on you. I am not usually this negative person who whines all the time. I'm just so messed up now.
